Cheese Kachori - Crispy from outside and Oozing with cheese from inside.

Cheese Kachoris are perfect evening tea snack, these can also be served as starter for dinners and best for Iftar gathering.


Cheese Kachori


Ingredients:

Plain Flour - 2/3 Cup

Cheese - 2/3 Cup

Onion - 1/4 cup finely chopped

Yogurt - 1/4 cup (Remove water by straining the yogurt)

Red chili Flakes - 1 tea spoon

salt as to taste

Oregano - 1/2 tea spoon

Parsley - 1/2 Tea spoon

Baking Powder - 1/4 Tea Spoon


Cheese Filling:

Mozzarella Cheese - 1/4 Cup

Cream Cheese - 1 Table Spoon

Jalapeno Pepper - 1 Table Spoon Finely chopped


Method:

1. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.

2. For cheese filling, mix Mozzarella, cream cheese and Jalapeno together.

3. Apply some oil in your Palm and spread the dough on your palm, add cheese filling in the center and make a round ball like shape.

4. Make sure there are no cracks as this will leak the cheese during frying.

5. Once secured, give it a kachori shape by pressing with thumb in the middle.

6. Heat the oil at medium low flame.

7. Once the oil is hot add kachoris, do not over crowd the pan and do not touch for 3 to 4 minutes.

8. Fry till Golden brown from both sides.

9. Serve hot with your choice of Chutney and ketchup.

10. Enjoy!
