Ingredients
Chicken mince - 150 grams
Onion - 1 Table spoon
Garlic -1 Table spoon
Red Capsicum - 1 Table spoon
Yellow Capsicum- 1 Table spoon
Oil - 2 table spoon
Salt - 1/2 Tea spoon
Parsley - 1/4 Tea Spoon
Black pepper - 1/2 Tea spoon
Crushed red chili - 1/2 Tea Spoon
Flour - 1 Table spoon
Milk - 3/4 cup
Mozzarella cheese - 1 Cup
Puff Pastry Squares - 200 grams
Egg - 1 (for Egg-wash)
Black seed for garnish
Sesame seed for garnish
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 mins.
Add green chili and mix.
Add chicken mince and sauté until it changes the color.
Add salt, black pepper, crushed red chili and parsley and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add red and yellow capsicum.
Add one table spoon of water and let chicken cook with lid on for another 2-3 minutes. Add flour and mix well.
Add milk and keep stirring until the mixture start thickening, once the consistency is good and it is coming together in one blob remove from the stove.
Pre-heat oven at 200 degree C for 30 mins.
Bring puff pastry at room temperature add one spoon on the chicken mixture and small amount of mozzarella cheese.
Apply egg on the sides to seal and using a fork secure the patties.
Apply egg wash on top and sprinkle black and sesame seeds as per your desire.
Bake the patties in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 18-20 minutes or until the patties are golden brown from top.
