Chocolate Fudge Brownies - All you need is Love and Loads of Brownies

This recipe is a must try for chocolate lovers. Hard crunchy and chocolatey corners with melt in the mouth kind of Oye Goey center. Heaven for a Chocolate lover.




Ingredients

Butter – 1 cup

Chocolate – 1 ½ cup or 240 grams

Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon

Cocoa powder – ¾ cup or 150 grams

Sugar – 1 cup or 200 grams

Brown sugar – 1 cup or 200 grams

Plain flour – ½ cup or 120 grams

Egg – 3 at room temperature

Salt – 1 tea spoon

Method:

1. Add butter with sugars into a pan and mix well until the sugars are full incorporated.

2. Add vanilla essence and coffee and mix well.

3. Now add eggs and mix well.

4. Melt half of the chocolate and add the melted chocolate to the butter mixture and mix well.

5. Now add dry ingredients, flour, salt and cocoa powder and mix using a spatula.

6. Once all the dry ingredients are incorporated and there are no lumps left add the balance chocolate in chunks to the brownie batter and mix well.

7. Line a baking tin of 8 x 8 inches with parchment paper.

8. Pre heat oven at 180-degree c or 350 f for 30 minutes.

9. Transfer the brownie batter to the baking tin.

10. Pop the brownies into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

11. After 30 minutes take out the brownie from the oven and let them cool at a wire rack. Brownies should be moist from the center and edges should be firm.

12. If you find your brownies too moist keep them in the oven for extra 5 or 10 minutes to get a firm crust from all sides.
