FLOUR - 3 TABLE SPOON
WATER - 5 TABLE SPOON
MIX FLOUR WITH WATER AND MAKE A PASTE
SAMOOSA PATTI - 1 PACKET
CHEESE AND CORN SAMOOSA
INGREDIENTS
MOZZARELLA CHEESE - 1/2 CUP
CHEDDAR CHEESE - 1/2 CUP
CORNS - 1/2 CUP
SALT - 1/4 TEA SPOON OR AS TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER - 1/2 TEA SPOON
GARLIC POWDER - 1/2 TEA SPOON
MIXED HERBS - 1/2 TEA SPOON
MAYONNAISE - 1 TABLE SPOON
METHOD:
1. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS.
2. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
3. FILLING FOR CHEESE AND CORN SAMOOSA IS READY
4. TAKE SAMOOSA PATI.
5. ADD FILLING AROUND 1 TABLE SPOON.
6. SECURE THE SAMOOSA BY APPLYING THE BINDING PASTE.
7. FRY SAMOOSA IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
8. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY.
FETA CHEESE SAMOOSA

FETA CHEESE - 100 GRAMS
SUN DRIED TOMATOES - 2 TABLE SPOON
PARSLEY - 1 TABLE SPOON
METHOD:
1. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS.
2. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
3. FILLING FOR CHEESE AND CORN SAMOOSA IS READY
4. TAKE SAMOOSA PATI.

PIZZA SAMOOSA
INGREDIENTS
GRILLED CHICKEN - 1 CUP
MOZZARELLA CHEESE - 1 CUP

JALAPENO PEPPER - 1/2 CUP
METHOD:
1. TAKE SAMOOSA PATI, APPLY PIZZA SAUCE ON INNER PORTION OF THE SAMOOSA PATI.
2. ADD CHEESE BOTH MOZERALLA AND CHEDDER.
3. ADD CHICKEN.
4. ADD JALAPENO PEPPER.
5. ADD MORE CHEESE.
6. SECURE THE SAMOOSA BY APPLYING THE BINDING PASTE.
7. FRY SAMOOSA IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
8. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY.
CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE SAMOOSA
CHICKEN BREAST - 200 GRAMS BOILED & SHREDDED
CABBAGE - 100 GRAMS FINELY CHOPPED
CAPSICUM - MIXED COLORS - 1 CUP JULLIAN CUT
GARLIC - 2 MEDIUM FINELY CHOPPED
SALT AS TO TASTE
SOYA SAUCE - 2 TABLE SPOON
HOT CHILI SAUCE - TABLE SPOON
BLACK PEPPER - 1 TABLE SPOON
OIL - 2 TABLE SPOON
METHOD:
1. ADD OIL IN A WOK ADD GARLIC, SAUTE GARLIC AND ADD CHICKEN.
2. ADD VEGETABLES AND SAUTE.
3. ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER, SOYA SAUACE AND CHILI SAUCE.
4. COOK THIS FILLING FOR FIVE MINUTES AND IT WILL BE READY.
5. BRING THE FILLING TO ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE FILLING INTO THE SAMOOSAS.
6. TAKE SAMOOSA PATI, ADD FILLING AROUND 1 TABLE SPOON.
7. SECURE THE SAMOOSA BY APPLYING THE BINDING PASTE.
8. FRY SAMOOSA IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
9. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY.
QEEMA SAMOOSA
INGREDIENTS
MUTTON MINCE - 300 GRAMS
ONION - 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 TABLE SPOON
SALT AS TO TASTE
CORIANDER SEEDS - 1 TEA SPOON - FRESHLY GROUNDED
CUMIN SEEDS - 1TEA SPOON
WHOLE SPICES MIX - 1 TEA SPOON
RED CHILI FLAKES - 1 TEA SPOON
CUMIN POWDER - 1 TEA SPOON
TURMERIC - 1/2 TEA SPOON
RED CHILI POWDER - 1 TEA SPOON
GREEN - CHILIES - 2 FINELY CHOPPED
OIL - 2 TABLE SPOON
METHOD:
1. ADD OIL IN THE PAN AND ADD ONION AND COOK
2. ADD CUMIN, CORIANDER AND GREEN CHILI AND COOK UNTIL THE ONIONS ARE TRANSLUCENT
3. ADD MINCE AND COOK, ONCE THE MINCE CHANGE ITS COLOR WE WILL ADD ALL SPICES AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
4. ADD SALT AND COOK TILL THE MINCE IS READY.
5. ONCE THE MASALA IS DRIED ADD CORIANDER AND LET THE MASALA COOL BEFORE FILLING THE SAMOOSA.
6. TAKE SAMOOSA PATI, ADD FILLING AROUND 1 TABLE SPOON.
7. SECURE THE SAMOOSA BY APPLYING THE BINDING PASTE.
8. FRY SAMOOSA IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
9. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY.
SAMOSAS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SERVED PIPPING HOT WITH DIFFERENT STYLES OF CHUTNEY, RAITA, KETCHUP OR SAUCES.
