A Perfect Sauce that an be served with Desi and International Cuisine
Ingredients
Potato - 1 Large
Garlic - 4 Cloves
Yogurt - 2 Table Spoons
Mayonnaise - 3 Table Spoons
Olive oil - 2 Table Spoons
Tahina - 1 Table Spoons
Parsley - 1/2 Table Spoon
Oregano - 1/2 Table Spoon
White pepper - 1/2 Table Spoon
Vinegar - 1 Table Spoon
Salt - as to taste
Method
Boil the potato with 2 garlic cloves.
Take a good quality food processor.
Add boiled potato, garlic and rest of the ingredients and grind to make a smooth paste.
Garlic Sauce is Ready.
